Geese flying in formation

About My PCO Pro

A guide who’s made this trip before

My PCO Pro is a division of Grace at Work, LLC, dedicated to helping churches get the most out of Planning Center Online. With over a decade serving churches’ digital needs, we focus on migrations, training, and integrations that free your team for ministry.

Why the goose?

Geese go farther together

A flock of geese in a V can fly much farther than any one bird alone. Each goose rides the lift of the one in front, the lead bird rotates back to rest, and the whole flock keeps up a steady chorus of encouragement. That’s pretty much how we think about getting a church onto Planning Center.

We fly in formation

Clean, well-organized data lifts every ministry at once: kids, groups, worship, giving, and the front office.

We take turns leading

We lead the migration, then hand the controls to your team with training that actually sticks.

We honk encouragement

Seriously. We cheer on your staff and volunteers until the new system feels like home.

Meet the founder

Greg Dietrich

Greg has been in church leadership for decades and has spent the last 14+ years as an executive pastor. With a love for the web and technology, he has been helping churches use technology to foster discipleship and a deeper love for Jesus.

His wife Michelle and daughter are his biggest cheerleaders. He loves spending time with his family and cheering for Philadelphia sports teams.

What we believe

Software serves the mission, not the other way around

01

Ministry first

Every setting we choose should give your people more time with people.

02

Clean data, clear heads

We fix the duplicates and messy households before they move, not after.

03

Nobody left behind

From the senior pastor to the Sunday check-in volunteer, everyone gets trained.

04

Plain English, always

No jargon, no upsell. Just honest advice about what your church actually needs.
